I’m a nurse, and I dedicate myself to sharing information in ebooks based on experts and recent studies about health and well-being — and I want to tell you why.
About three years ago, I developed anxiety. I remember feeling my heart race for no apparent reason, my mind constantly spinning, thoughts turning into a whirlwind of fears and worries. It was as if my body and mind were no longer speaking the same language. I had never experienced anything like it — and the truth is, no matter how much you study, only those who go through it truly understand how suffocating and exhausting it can be.
One day, I decided to face the problem head-on. I started changing my routines — exercising more, meditating, and truly taking care of myself. And, to my surprise, those small changes helped me in ways I could never have imagined.
Since then, I’ve delved deeper into this subject — studying, reading, and learning — with the goal of helping as many people as possible feel their best, both mentally and physically. Because I truly believe that taking care of your mind is the first step towards taking care of your health as a whole.

Today, I’m dedicated to sharing knowledge grounded in science and real-life experience, so that everyone can find their own path toward a calmer, healthier, and more fulfilling life.
